A Spreadsheet Created Especially for The Events Calendar

When your WordPress website has hundreds of events, managing them is very difficult.

To manage events, you need to create them one by one, fill in the form individually, and repeat the same steps over and over again.

In addition, the search is very limited. For example, you cannot find specific events by advanced conditions.

You need to open many pages, make many clicks, and waste a lot of time.

Use Cases

Advanced search for events

You can use the advanced event search tool to filter events using any field as a search parameter.

For example, you can:

-Filter events by date, price, venue, organizer, category, tag, status.

-Filter all events in the "Music" category that cost > $50.

-Filter all events related to specific venues or categories.

-Find all events excluding specific locations.

-Find all events without featured images.

Edit thousands of events at once

Our formula engine allows you to edit many events quickly.

You can replace values in any field of your events. For example, you can replace the event currency, replace words in your event descriptions, move all events from one category to another, assign a new tag to all selected events, etc.

You can also do mathematical operations such as increasing event prices by 20%, decreasing prices by $10, etc.

You can bulk edit any field.

With this Bulk Editor for The Events Calendar, you can quickly create events in multiple ways. For example:

General Features

We Support Large Websites

The plugin is very efficient with your server resources.

The plugin only loads in wp-admin, so it doesn’t affect the speed of your site or the experience of your visitors.

You can load thousands of rows in the spreadsheet without any issues.

You can control the number of rows that are saved per batch. For example, 3 rows every 20 seconds.

You can control the wait time between batches when saving changes. For example, 3 rows every 60 seconds.

Only the modified cells are saved on the spreadsheet. For example, you can load 500 rows; but if you only edit 3 rows, only those 3 rows are saved.
