Enhancements:Added setting to display prices with "inc. VAT / ex. VAT" based on the user's VAT exempt or not exempt statusImprovements to minimum order dynamic rules. Now input quantity is force based on minimum, adjusted for cart quantity. Example: if the minimum is 100 and there are 40 pieces of the item in cart, now the product page will force the input to have a minimum of 60.
