This add-on will add structured data (microdata) to your opencart store. It will show rich snippets in JSON-LD format for your products inside the Goggle’s (and other search engines) results.
Installation is easy and the script comes with full instructions in the readme file.
There is no need to modify any core files.
The script is a vQmod XML for OC 1.5.6.4 and OCMOD for OC 2.2 and 2.3 and 3.0.2.0

Google Rich Snippets – SEO Structured Microdata adds structured data (or microdata) in ld+json format to the footer of your site in a hidden script tag separate from your html.
This is very effective for SEO itself and for click through rates.
